Hosanna Community Foundation (HCF)
Located in the Liberty City neighborhood of Miami, HCF is a faith-based agency Care Coordination Center that provides wrap around case management for children and families in the Children of Inmates program. HCF is a grass roots faith-based agency that is committed to the holistic enrichment of children and youth in the Liberty City community, providing high quality youth and family programming designed to empower children and families to break the cycle of poverty.
The mission of the Hosanna Community Foundation is to “impact the Miami-Dade community through the provision of high quality youth and family programs and to cultivate an environment for continuous personal growth and to explore new opportunities that increase the quality of life for the communities served.”
The not-for-profit organization exclusively provides social services that help develop and enhance life, health, education, and work related skills. It was a founding member of The Urban Partnership of Miami-Dade County and The Urban Partnership Drug Free Community Coalition, which collectively brought together faith-based social ministries, community based providers, and community leaders to the Liberty City area of Miami.
